had everything we needed, would recommend. perfect place to stay in kalkan, we stayed just 1 night. there was a bath. it was located in a lovely area close to the old town.

Nice and perfect location not far from all the shops and restaurants, restaurants both uphill and Turkey, everything modern. Location close to the old town. Extremely spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed, a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Quiet ambiance with views of the ocean.

The apartment has an unbeatable and fantastic short walk to the beach and restaurants both uphill and downtown, Turkey and the shops. The people working here are attentive.

The apartment itself was clean and modern, with spacious rooms and beautiful lighting throughout. We also loved the attention to detail, like the mirror light socket and chair for convenience. The pool area was lovely, and the staff, especially Merve, were friendly and responsive to our needs. we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic Christmas holiday at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. the apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook our own Christmas feast. the pool was also a great feature, providing a refreshing dip on sunny afternoons.

The unstable WiFi. It was frustrating at times, as we relied on it for communication and entertainment.

The apartment at Kaya Apartments was fantastic! It had a balcony with beautiful city views, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The living room was spacious, and the flat-screen TV provided great entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for me to prepare meals and feel at home. as a disabled guest, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the apartment to be a bit outdated. However, this is just my opinion, and others might still find it convenient.

The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and a short distance to the beach. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the attention to detail, like the mirror with a light socket and a chair conveniently placed for getting ready. The pool area was lovely, and I appreciated the blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Ata and the friendly ladies, were polite and helpful. Having a big fridge freezer was also a plus for storing groceries. I would highly recommend this place!

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of downsides. The loud music from the nearby disco that played until the early hours of the morning was quite bothersome.

We finally found a high, quality stay in Turkey at a central location close to the beach and restaurants. the apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with stylish furniture and a very comfortable bed. the check, in and check, out process was easy, and we were impressed with the large parking area in front of the property. The kitchen was well, equipped, and we appreciated being able to park right in front of the apartment. Cons: No 👎🏼.

It was perfect for enjoying my meals with a view. It was great that all the units were air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot days. Having an electric kettle was convenient for enjoying a hot cup of tea or coffee in the morning. The balcony provided a lovely space to enjoy the fresh air and take in the surroundings. The city views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, showcasing the beauty of Kalkan. I was pleased to find a flat-screen TV in the unit for some entertainment during my downtime.

Personally, I felt that the apartment could have had a bit more natural light. But I understand that others might still find the lighting adequate.
